- Purpose
- Internal editorial planning and performance reporting for our own Facebook Pages.
- Data collected
For Pages we manage: Page name, follower count, our own posts and Page Insights.
For public Pages we track: Page name and ID, and each public post's text, image link, permalink, posting time and total reaction, comment and share counts.
We do not collect any data about individual users.
- How it's used
- Only to show our staff which topics and posts are performing well, so we can plan content for our own Pages.
- Storage
- On a single password-protected company computer, in a local database. The tool is not reachable from the internet.
- Retention
- Snapshots of public posts are deleted automatically after 90 days.
- Sharing
- None. No data processors or third parties receive data obtained from Meta. Data is never sold or used for advertising.
- Your rights
- Any Page owner can ask us to delete data about their Page. See the Data Deletion Instructions.
